RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION MANAGER: This position manages the day-to-day Residential Rehabilitation programming and service delivery in one county program, including supervision of direct care staff and interns. The Residential Rehabilitation County Manager works with the Psychiatric Rehabilitation County Manager to lead their staff to come together as a cohesive team to meet the service needs of the clients they jointly serve. Responsibilities include implementing policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation standards as well as supporting and monitoring Program Performance Outcomes and other quality assurance measures and activities. 2 Positions available - one in Dorchester County and one in Kent County.
This position requires AA or BA in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work or related field. Minimum 1 year (with BA) or 3 years (with AA) positively referenced experience in the field. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Must be or agree to become a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner through the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association within 2 years.
REHABILITATION SPECIALIST: This full time position provides person-centered support in a team environment to clients in the program site and in the community. The focus is on teaching skills both individually and in groups and accessing resources for recovery and independent living. Responsibilities include assessing needs and strengths, goal planning, maintaining the clients' medical records and facilitating recovery groups in the program site. Also required are specific productivity measures and daily documentation. This position is based in Cambridge.
Position Requirements: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation or related field and at least 2 years positively referenced work history in human services strongly preferred. Interpersonal skills, knowledge and understanding of mental illness, valid driver’s license and clean driving record to support insurability by the agency’s insurance carrier, ability to safely drive a variety of types of vehicles, including 15-passenger vans, read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with others and maintain documentation in accordance with agency and accreditation standards, pass the agency’s background check, work related use of a vehicle carrying minimum of 100/300/50 liability insurance.
REHABILITATION ASSOCIATE: This part time position combines supporting clients in their recovery by assisting with goal achievement, providing transportation and support by acting as liaison for appointments, and driving agency vehicles to transport clients to and from the day program approximately two days per week. 24 hours per week, with flexibility to meet client and agency needs. Position based in Cambridge.

RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATES to work "7/7" schedules in residential settings - FT position. Work every other week! A 7 day on/7 day off schedule which includes overnights and every other weekend. Provides person-centered support in a team environment to clients in the Residential Rehabilitation Program. The focus is on teaching skills and accessing resources for recovery and independent living. It includes daily monitoring of clients' self-administration of medications, providing needed transportation, meeting productivity measures and daily documentation requirements.
Position based at Chestertown plus one position to "float" among Dorchester, Kent & Q.A. Counties as needed.
RESIDENTIAL MONITOR - This is a temporary, on-call position working in Crossroads Community Rehabilitation Residences to ensure safety and security for the residents. The Residential Monitor remains at the residence for the entire shift and addresses any safety issues or concerns that arise, following agency policies. Hours are typically overnight, but may also be evenings and daytime hours, especially on weekends.
PRN SUBSTITUTES for residential settings. On-call positions in Kent, Queen Anne's & Dorchester Counties Hours include evenings, weekends, overnights. Due to being called as needed we are unable to guarantee hours.
