PART TIME VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR: 10 hours per week to manage the agency’s volunteer program, including recruitment for specific needs, training and supervising the volunteers, and providing reports to meet the agency’s needs. Prefer Bachelor's degree and at least two year’s experience in non-profit volunteer management.

EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST:  Full Time. Provide employment services to individuals with mental health needs, including assessment of strengths and needs utilizing person centered principles; job development, placement, coaching; extended support services and collaboration with other service providers and family members and/or life supports, as allowed. It includes meeting productivity measures and daily documentation requirements. Prefer B.S. in Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Social Work or related field and minimum of two years positively referenced relevant work experience. This position is based in Centreville.

REHABILITATION SPECIALISTS:  These full time positions provide person-centered support in a team environment to clients participating in our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. The focus is on care coordination and teaching skills and accessing resources for recovery and independent living. Responsibilities include assessing needs and strengths, goal planning, providing services, maintaining the clients' medical records and facilitating recovery groups in the program site. Also required are specific productivity measures and daily documentation. Positions available based in Chestertown and Cambridge.

Requirements for Rehabilitation Specialists: Prefer Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation or related field and at least 2 years positively referenced work history in human services strongly preferred. Interpersonal skills, knowledge and understanding of mental illness, valid driver’s license and clean driving record to support insurability by the agency’s insurance carrier, ability to safely drive a variety of types of vehicles, including 15-passenger vans, read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with others and maintain documentation in accordance with agency and accreditation standards, pass the agency’s background check, work related use of a vehicle carrying minimum of 100/300/50 liability insurance.



RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATES to work "7/7" schedules in residential settings - FT position. Work every other week! A 7 day on/7 day off schedule which includes overnights and every other weekend.  Provides person-centered support in a team environment to clients in the Residential Rehabilitation Program.  The focus is on teaching skills and accessing resources for recovery and independent living.  It includes daily monitoring of clients' self-administration of medications, teaching independent living skills, providing needed transportation, maintaining health & safety standards in the residences, meeting productivity measures and daily documentation requirements.  Position based in Kent County plus one position to "float" among Dorchester, Kent & Q.A. Counties as needed.

PT REHABILITATION SPECIALIST PT to work 20 hours every other weekend (10am - 8pm Sat and Sun). Position provides person-centered support in a team environment for up to eight adults with mental health needs living in a residence designed for individuals with issues related to aging and/or somatic or personal care needs. It includes participation in assessing clients’ needs and strengths and in the development of the rehabilitation plan. It may include facilitating skill, recreational, or personal enhancement groups; preparing meals and assisting with laundry tasks. Staff provide a clean and healthy residential environment, needed transportation and support with appointments. Staff must meet set productivity measures and daily documentation requirements. Position based at Chestertown.

RESIDENTIAL MONITORS- This is a temporary, on-call position working in Crossroads Community Rehabilitation Residences to ensure safety and security for the residents. The Residential Monitor remains at the residence for the entire shift and addresses any safety issues or concerns that arise, following agency policies. Hours are typically overnight, but may also be evenings and daytime hours, especially on weekends.  Due to being called when needed, we are unable to guarantee hours.

RESIDENTIAL SUBSTITUTES (PRN) On-call substitutes in Kent, Queen Anne's & Dorchester Counties needed in our Residential Rehabilitation Residences. Responsibilities include coaching and assisting clients with daily living skills, monitoring medications, documenting services provided. Hours include evenings, weekends, overnights. Due to being called as needed we are unable to guarantee hours.
