STANDARDS FOR EXCELLENCE CERTIFICATION

Crossroads Community is proud to be the first human services agency on the Eastern Shore to receive Maryland Nonprofits’ Standards for Excellence certification, an ethics and accountability code for the nonprofit sector. Based on fundamental values such as honesty, integrity, fairness, respect, trust, responsibility, and accountability, the

Standards show how nonprofits act to be ethical and accountable in their program operations, governance, human resources, financial management and fundraising.  The Seal of Excellence is a symbol of trust, and identifies Crossroads Community as an agency meeting the rigorous Standards for Excellence.
