Crossroads Community's Respite Care Program allows a consumer to remain in his or her home by providing relief for the care-giver.  A "respite plan" is developed for each consumer to ensure that his or her special needs are met...and can involve in-home or out-of-home services depending on the support needed.

IN-HOME RESPITE CARE

Care and support are provided  in the individual's home by Crossroads Community staff members, freeing the care-giver of responsibility for up to ten hours a day.

OUT OF HOME PARTIAL DAY RESPITE

Care is provided by Crossroads Community staff members for part of the day at a location elsewhere in the community.

OUT OF HOME OVERNIGHT RESPITE
